Cambridge Smiles is getting an upgrade!

The time has come for us to relocate our office to another location.  Thankfully, we found a great spot nearby!  As of Sept 5th, 2023 we will be located in Fresh Pond at 180 Alewife Brook Parkway.  You won’t be able to miss us right in the Fresh Pond Mall with Whole Foods, Staples, and TJ Maxx.   As much as we have loved our Mass Ave location, we look forward to being able to serve you all better in our new space.

Meet the Doctors

  • Dr.
    Paula Sones

I consider it an honor to have the opportunity to care for those in my community. People place their trust in me during an often stressful and uncomfortable time; I take this very seriously. As a healthcare professional, my goal is to make people happy and healthy and to have them leave and tell people “I love the dentist.”

The best part of my job is building long-lasting relationships with my patients. As a dentist, I have the opportunity to see people multiple times a year. I see them through weddings, pregnancies, new jobs, and new pets. Interacting with and meeting new people makes my day fun, and helping them achieve their oral health goals is equally as rewarding.

  • Dr.
    Darius Tenorio

The most important part of dentistry for me is making sure my patients feel comfortable and cared for. I feel very fortunate as a general dentist to be able to form long-term relationships with patients where I can improve their oral health while also getting to see them grow as people in their own lives.

What Our Clients Say About Us

Excellent. All very helpful in the logistics of my situation, but more importantly, incredibly understanding of my nervousness about procedure, and took extra care to make me comfortable, physically and emotionally. Thank you Dr. Sones and all.

    Cathy C, Arlington, MA

Everybody is awesome. Seriously. The staff bends over backwards to make sure that everything is all good. I've only had good experiences here, and even though it's a 40 minute bike ride now that I've moved, I will keep coming back for sure!

    Julia R, Cambridge, MA

Like most adults in their 50's, dental work is something we have had less then pleasant experience with, at least once. If you want to change that, make an appointment with Cambridge smiles. Take it from someone that had such anxiety I stopped going, untill I was referred to Dr.Sones. Her staff is warm funny and truely care about your smile!

Excellent in every way, from reception to cleaning to extensive dental work, I would never change. Dr. Sones is highly skilled as well as compassionate and caring. Her team is the best of the best!

I just finished some very tough bridge work and am well pleased with the results.

    Lucy T, Lowell, MA

I have been extremely pleased with the treatment I get at Cambridge Smiles--Dr. Sones is thorough and practical--she does what is healthy and good for my teeth and is sensitive to the financial realities of various interventions. She has been flexible in her approach with me which I appreciate greatly (my using a different oral surgeon than she recommended and a different lab). The office hygienist, Michelle has also done precise work and advised a cleaning schedule that matched that condition of my teeth. She is always teaching me how to have a healthier mouth. And lastly Michelle at that front desk clarifies cost, insurance and payment quickly and understandably. And to add, they are all nice and approachable people. . .We are lucky to have them so centrally located!
