Delta Dental Premier is unique in that it combines the advantages of a traditional indemnity plan with the savings of a preferred dentist organization (PPO)

You’ll save a minimum of 10% in claims costs over traditional indemnity plans with Delta Dental Premier. The plan offers a number of cost controls, including:

• A guaranteed savings of at least 10% on all Massachusetts claims payments.
• Reduced dentist fees. Our dentists generally accept lower fees for Delta Dental Premier members (we call them allowable fees), which helps control claims costs and reduce member co-payments.
• A no balance billing policy. Members will never pay more for covered services than the dentist’s allowable fee when they visit a participating Delta Dental Premier dentist.
• Rollover Max. This valuable benefit feature allows members to roll over part of their unused spending in a healthy year to increase their maximum benefit limit the next year, and beyond.
